Keeping Yourself and Your Employer Out of Hot Water

When working in the public sector, being aware of ethical and legal issues can mean the difference between managing a small problem and a public relations nightmare.  This presentation will highlight key ethical and legal issues that can save you from a career ending mistake.  Discussion will include not only following the letter of the law but avoiding the appearance of impropriety.
